We offer a no-hire no-no pay basis. Our client will not be charged during the engagement period until they find and hire the right person to fill up their vacant position. Our billing statement will only be sent on the first working day of our successful candidate.

We even provide a Replacement Guarantee in remote instances wherein the successfully-hired candidate suddenly resigned from his post or the client decides to terminate his services within the prescribed period.

DEMPSEY will provide the Client within a reasonable time, several applicant CVs for the position desired.
To ensure prompt action, your account will be assigned to several HR Sourcing Specialists who will be in charge of sourcing, pre-qualifying and determining the applicants’ qualifications. They want to make sure that the applicants being referred to the Client meet the minimum requirements demanded by the job position.
Reasonable Service Fee will only be charge once you find the right person to fill up the vacant position after your own evaluation and assessment.
You will be allowed free hand in negotiating for the salary and other monetary package (as long as this does not violate the current wage legislation). Thus you will only spend on recruitment with final result.
Additionally, the successfully-hired candidate will be covered by Replacement Guarantee
that will protect your expense in case of sudden resignation or pre-mature termination of service within the guarantee period. DEMPSEY will replace the separated personnel within a reasonable time at no cost on the Client company.

Replacement Guarantee
Successfully-hired candidates are automatically covered by a replacement guaranty in case of resignation or separation from the Client Company within the agreed replacement period.

Our ultimate goal is to assist our Clients to fill up its personnel requirements the shortest possible time.
