REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES (BOOSTED POST EXPENSES)
To ensure transparency and accountability, reimbursement for boosted post expenses will be subject to the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Reimbursement
- Reimbursement of boosted post expenses will be granted only if there are actual hires or raw hires generated directly from the boosted post
Proof of Source Requirement
- The hires or raw hires must be clearly traceable to the boosted post published on external platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.).
Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to:
- Screenshots of boosted post analytics
- Applicant messages or forms indicating the boosted post as the source
- Platform reports showing lead or applicant generation
- Internal tracking or tagging records
Non-Reimbursable Expenses
Boosted post expenses will not be reimbursed if:
- No raw hires or actual hires are produced
- The source of the hire cannot be verified as coming from the boosted post
- Supporting documents and proof are incomplete or insufficient
Submission of Reimbursement Request
All reimbursement requests must include:
- Official receipts or proof of payment
All reimbursement claims are subject to review and approval by Management. Approval is not automatic and will depend on compliance with the above guidelines.
Right to Final Decision
The company reserves the right to approve or deny reimbursement requests based on the validity of the submitted proof and overall hiring results.

- You may request to post via the Request to Post (RTP) form.
- Your request will be automatically approved since you will be paying for the posting (Just send via Gcash)
- You will still use the official Dempsey Jobstreet account, but the payment will be yours.
- Since you paid for the posting, all CVs generated belong exclusively to you.
- Once you successfully generate a hire from the posting, we will reimburse your Jobstreet payment.
What you receive:
- Your regular incentive
- Any booster incentive earned
- Full reimbursement of your JobStreet posting investment
Example:
If you invested ₱3,000 for a Jobstreet posting and were able to generate 1 x3 booster hire, you will receive:
- Regular incentive
- Booster incentive
- ₱3,000 Jobstreet reimbursement
- Your request will be automatically approved since you will be paying for the posting (Just send via Gcash)
- You will still use the official Dempsey Jobstreet account, but the payment will be yours.
- Since you paid for the posting, all CVs generated belong exclusively to you.
- Once you successfully generate a hire from the posting, we will reimburse your Jobstreet payment.
